وَ سَأَلْتُکَ فَأَعْطَیْتَنِی وَ رَغِبْتُ إِلَیْکَ فَرَحِمْتَنِی وَ وَثِقْتُ بِکَ فَنَجَّیْتَنِی وَ فَزِعْتُ إِلَیْکَ فَکَفَیْتَنِی‏
 I made a request to Thee, so Thou granted me free gifts, I called humbly and fervently on Thee, so Thou had mercy on me, I relied upon Thee, so Thou rescued me, I cried unto Thee, so Thou spared me. 
اللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِکَ وَ رَسُولِکَ وَ نَبِیِّکَ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ الطَّیِّبِینَ الطَّاهِرِینَ أَجْمَعِینَ‏
 O Allah send blessings on Muhammad, Thy servant, Thy Messenger and Prophet, and on all his pure and pious children, 
وَ تَمِّمْ لَنَا نَعْمَاءَکَ وَ هَنِّئْنَا عَطَاءَکَ وَ اکْتُبْنَا لَکَ شَاکِرِینَ وَ لِآلاَئِکَ ذَاکِرِینَ آمِینَ آمِینَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِینَ‏
 and make perfect and bring to fullness for us Thy bounties. May Thy grants do us good. Include us among those who are gratefully thankful to Thee, and always call Thy favours to memory, be it so, be it so, O Lord of the worlds! 
اللَّهُمَّ یَا مَنْ مَلَکَ فَقَدَرَ وَ قَدَرَ فَقَهَرَ وَ عُصِىَ فَسَتَرَ وَ اسْتُغْفِرَ فَغَفَرَ یَا غَایَةَ الطَّالِبِینَ الرَّاغِبِینَ‏
 O Allah, O He who owns, therefore, controls; controls, therefore, exercises absolute authority; unites erring people )to do good(, therefore, provides protective cover; covers and protects )so when beseeched( forgives and grants amnesty. O the ultimate goal of the beseeching devotees! 
وَ مُنْتَهَى أَمَلِ الرَّاجِینَ یَا مَنْ أَحَاطَ بِکُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ عِلْماً وَ وَسِعَ الْمُسْتَقِیلِینَ رَأْفَةً وَ رَحْمَةً وَ حِلْماً
 O the last hope of the desires of the hopeful! O He who controls everything through His )infinite( awareness, and makes powerful and gives authority to the persevering )in His cause( through His kindness, mercy and indulgence. 
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَیْکَ فِی هَذِهِ الْعَشِیَّةِ الَّتِی شَرَّفْتَهَا وَ عَظَّمْتَهَا بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِیِّکَ وَ رَسُولِکَ‏
 O Allah we direct ourselves towards Thee, in this night, which has been celebrated and distinguished on account of Muhammad, Thy Prophet and Messenger, 
وَ خِیَرَتِکَ مِنْ خَلْقِکَ وَ أَمِینِکَ عَلَى وَحْیِکَ‏
 the "Best Individual" among Thy creation, Thy confidant of Thy "revealed communication" )the Holy Quran(, 
الْبَشِیرِ النَّذِیرِ السِّرَاجِ الْمُنِیرِ الَّذِی أَنْعَمْتَ بِهِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِینَ وَ جَعَلْتَهُ رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِینَ‏
 the harbinger of glad tidings, the brilliant light, through and because of whom Thou overwhelmed the Muslims with benefits, and made him "a mercy unto the worlds". 
اللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ أَهْلٌ لِذَلِکَ مِنْکَ یَا عَظِیمُ‏
 O Allah, therefore, send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad, because, O the Greatest, Thou Thyself thinks that Muhammad deserves and claims the right to be blessed, 
فَصَلِّ عَلَیْهِ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ الْمُنْتَجَبِینَ الطَّیِّبِینَ الطَّاهِرِینَ أَجْمَعِینَ وَ تَغَمَّدْنَا بِعَفْوِکَ عَنَّا فَإِلَیْکَ عَجَّتِ الْأَصْوَاتُ بِصُنُوفِ اللُّغَاتِ‏
 so, bless him and bless all his pure, pious and purified children, and cover us with Thy mercy to grant amnesty, because, voices cry aloud, in every kind of dialect unto Thee, 
فَاجْعَلْ لَنَا اللَّهُمَّ فِی هَذِهِ الْعَشِیَّةِ نَصِیباً مِنْ کُلِّ خَیْرٍ تَقْسِمُهُ بَیْنَ عِبَادِکَ‏
 therefore, let us, O Allah, in this night, win our share of the goodThou distributes among Thy servants, 
وَ نُورٍ تَهْدِی بِهِ وَ رَحْمَةٍ تَنْشُرُهَا وَ بَرَکَةٍ تُنْزِلُهَا وَ عَافِیَةٍ تُجَلِّلُهَا وَ رِزْقٍ تَبْسُطُهُ یَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِینَ‏
 and the light Thou guides unto, and the mercy Thou spreads out, and the blessings Thou sends down, and the well-being Thou makes available, and the means of livelihood Thou distributes, which all receive with joy, O the Most Merciful of all the merciful! 
اللَّهُمَّ أَقْلِبْنَا فِی هَذَا الْوَقْتِ مُنْجِحِینَ مُفْلِحِینَ مَبْرُورِینَ غَانِمِینَ‏
 O Allah let us be, in this hour, at the top of the ladder, growing continuously, received into Thy mercy, happy and contented, 
وَ لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مِنَ الْقَانِطِینَ وَ لاَ تُخْلِنَا مِنْ رَحْمَتِکَ وَ لاَ تَحْرِمْنَا مَا نُؤَمِّلُهُ مِنْ فَضْلِکَ‏
 and do not make us one of those who despair and lose courage, do not let us run out )become void( of Thy mercy, do not cut off that through which we seek Thy favours, 
وَ لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مِنْ رَحْمَتِکَ مَحْرُومِینَ وَ لاَ لِفَضْلِ مَا نُؤَمِّلُهُ مِنْ عَطَائِکَ قَانِطِینَ وَ لاَ تَرُدَّنَا خَائِبِینَ وَ لاَ مِنْ بَابِکَ مَطْرُودِینَ‏
 do not let us be deprived of Thy love and kindness, do not throw us into despair when we invoke Thy generosity to grant us free gifts, do not reject us so as to be )condemned as( the losers, do not push us away from Thy door, banished, 
یَا أَجْوَدَ الْأَجْوَدِینَ وَ أَکْرَمَ الْأَکْرَمِینَ إِلَیْکَ أَقْبَلْنَا مُوقِنِینَ وَ لِبَیْتِکَ الْحَرَامِ آمِّینَ قَاصِدِینَ‏
 O the Most Liberal of all the liberals, O the Most Generous of all the generous, we yield to Thee; in sure belief, we come to Thy "sacred house", in peace, to show submission to Thee, 
فَأَعِنَّا عَلَى مَنَاسِکِنَا وَ أَکْمِلْ لَنَا حَجَّنَا وَ اعْفُ عَنَّا وَ عَافِنَا فَقَدْ مَدَدْنَا إِلَیْکَ أَیْدِیَنَا فَهِیَ بِذِلَّةِ الاِعْتِرَافِ مَوْسُومَةٌ
 therefore, help us to lead a life devoted to Thee )and carry outthe ceremonies and sacrifices prescribed in the pilgrimage to the Holy Kaa"-bah(, kindly let our pilgrimage be perfect in all respects, forgive us and keep us fit and well, because we stretch out both hands unto Thee for seeking Thy support, in this manner )these hands( signify the acknowledgement of humility, 
اللَّهُمَّ فَأَعْطِنَا فِی هَذِهِ الْعَشِیَّةِ مَا سَأَلْنَاکَ وَ اکْفِنَا مَا اسْتَکْفَیْنَاکَ فَلاَ کَافِیَ لَنَا سِوَاکَ وَ لاَ رَبَّ لَنَا غَیْرُکَ‏
 O Allah, therefore, give us, as free gift, in this night, that which we ask for, let us have enough of that which we ask Thee to give, because there is no one "sufficient" )able and effective( for us, other than Thou, nor anyone except Thou gives us the daily bread )sustenance(. 
نَافِذٌ فِینَا حُکْمُکَ مُحِیطٌ بِنَا عِلْمُکَ عَدْلٌ فِینَا قَضَاؤُکَ اقْضِ لَنَا الْخَیْرَ وَ اجْعَلْنَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْخَیْرِ
 Thy order stands effective and executed for us, Thy knowledge surrounds us, Thy decisions are just and fair in matters concerning us, choose )only( good for us, and let us be among the good. 
اللَّهُمَّ أَوْجِبْ لَنَا بِجُودِکَ عَظِیمَ الْأَجْرِ وَ کَرِیمَ الذُّخْرِ وَ دَوَامَ الْیُسْرِ
 O Allah deem necessary and declare indispensable for us, out of compassion, high rewards, generous endowments, and permanent ease, 
وَ اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا أَجْمَعِینَ وَ لاَ تُهْلِکْنَا مَعَ الْهَالِکِینَ وَ لاَ تَصْرِفْ عَنَّا رَأْفَتَکَ وَ رَحْمَتَکَ یَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِینَ‏
 and forgive us of )all( our wrongdoings, do not cause our downfall by giving over to those who bring ruin and lay waste, do not withdraw from us Thy love and mercy, O the Most Merciful of all who show mercy! 
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا فِی هَذَا الْوَقْتِ مِمَّنْ سَأَلَکَ فَأَعْطَیْتَهُ وَ شَکَرَکَ فَزِدْتَهُ وَ تَابَ (ثَابَ) إِلَیْکَ فَقَبِلْتَهُ‏
 O Allah, in this hour, let us be among those who make a request to Thee so get what they want; thank Thee in gratitude, so Thou let them grow and flourish, more and more; of free will, again and again, call Thee in prayers, so Thou accedes to their demands; 
وَ تَنَصَّلَ إِلَیْکَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ کُلِّهَا فَغَفَرْتَهَا لَهُ یَا ذَا الْجَلاَلِ وَ الْإِکْرَامِ‏
 free themselves from the grasping hold of )their( sins and take refuge with Thee, so Thou grants amnesty to them, O the Owner of might and majesty. 
اللَّهُمَّ وَ نَقِّنَا (وَ وَفِّقْنَا) وَ سَدِّدْنَا (وَ اعْصِمْنَا) وَ اقْبَلْ تَضَرُّعَنَا یَا خَیْرَ مَنْ سُئِلَ وَ یَا أَرْحَمَ مَنِ اسْتُرْحِمَ‏
 O Allah let us be pure, spotless, straight, in the right direction; let our cries )for help( bear fruit. O the Optimum who )alone( is approached for getting favourable response. O the Most Merciful who )alone( is besought for having mercy on the )beseecher(. 
یَا مَنْ لاَ یَخْفَى عَلَیْهِ إِغْمَاضُ الْجُفُونِ وَ لاَ لَحْظُ الْعُیُونِ وَ لاَ مَا اسْتَقَرَّ فِی الْمَکْنُونِ‏
 O He )from whose notice( the flash of the eye-lids cannot escape, nor the twinkling of an eye, nor that which is concealed and kept in the mind, 
وَ لاَ مَا انْطَوَتْ عَلَیْهِ مُضْمَرَاتُ الْقُلُوبِ أَلاَ کُلُّ ذَلِکَ قَدْ أَحْصَاهُ عِلْمُکَ وَ وَسِعَهُ حِلْمُکَ‏
 nor that which is felt in the heart but not expressed. Is it not so that )indeed( everything is in Thy knowledge! And Thy forbearance makes room for and gives opportunity to them! 
سُبْحَانَکَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ عَمَّا یَقُولُ الظَّالِمُونَ عُلُوّاً کَبِیراً تُسَبِّحُ لَکَ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَ الْأَرَضُونَ وَ مَنْ فِیهِنَّ وَ إِنْ مِنْ شَیْ‏ءٍ إِلاَّ یُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِکَ‏
 Glory be to Thee! Let Thou be praised O the eternally besought Supreme! High and exalted above what the unjust say! The seven heavens and the earths and all that is therein praise Thee, and there is not a thing but hymns Thy praise! 
فَلَکَ الْحَمْدُ وَ الْمَجْدُ وَ عُلُوُّ الْجَدِّ یَا ذَا الْجَلاَلِ وَ الْإِکْرَامِ وَ الْفَضْلِ وَ الْإِنْعَامِ‏
 Praise be to Thee, Thou surpasses others in glory, and exalted be Thy honour! O Owner of might, majesty, bounties, rewards 
وَ الْأَیَادِی الْجِسَامِ وَ أَنْتَ الْجَوَادُ الْکَرِیمُ الرَّءُوفُ الرَّحِیمُ‏
 and important benefits! Thou art the Liberal Bestower, the Benign, the Merciful. 
اللَّهُمَّ أَوْسِعْ عَلَیَّ مِنْ رِزْقِکَ الْحَلاَلِ وَ عَافِنِی فِی بَدَنِی وَ دِینِی وَ آمِنْ خَوْفِی‏
 O Allah let me have sufficient conveniences of life; keep me safe and sound, preserve my faith, rescue me from terror, 
وَ أَعْتِقْ رَقَبَتِی مِنَ النَّارِ اللَّهُمَّ لاَ تَمْکُرْ بِی وَ لاَ تَسْتَدْرِجْنِی وَ لاَ تَخْدَعْنِی وَ ادْرَأْ عَنِّی شَرَّ فَسَقَةِ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ‏
 and stop my drift unto the Fire. O Allah do not let me fall into the trap of my own trickery, nor gradually get destroyed, nor allow myself to be outwitted, and creep into the hole;and keep away from me the vicious evil of men and demons, 
پس سر و دیده خود را به سوى آسمان بلند کرد و از دیده‏هاى مبارکش آب مى‏ریخت مانند دو مشک و به صداى بلند گفت‏
یَا أَسْمَعَ السَّامِعِینَ یَا أَبْصَرَ النَّاظِرِینَ وَ یَا أَسْرَعَ الْحَاسِبِینَ وَ یَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِینَ‏
 O the Ablest Hearer of all who hear! O the Ablest Seer of all who see! O the Quickest of all the reckoners! O the Most Merciful of all who show mercy! 
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ السَّادَةِ الْمَیَامِینِ‏
 Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad, the auspicious leaders. 
وَ أَسْأَلُکَ اللَّهُمَّ حَاجَتِیَ الَّتِی إِنْ أَعْطَیْتَنِیهَا لَمْ یَضُرَّنِی مَا مَنَعْتَنِی‏
 I put forward to Thee, O Allah, my )one( request which, if Thou approves, nothing will, harm me, whatsoever )else( is kept back from me, 
وَ إِنْ مَنَعْتَنِیهَا لَمْ یَنْفَعْنِی مَا أَعْطَیْتَنِی أَسْأَلُکَ فَکَاکَ رَقَبَتِی مِنَ النَّارِ
 and if Thou rejects it, nothing will profit me, whatsoever )else( is given to me, )and my request is this( that Thou save me from falling headlong in the Fire. 
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ وَحْدَکَ لاَ شَرِیکَ لَکَ لَکَ الْمُلْکُ وَ لَکَ الْحَمْدُ وَ أَنْتَ عَلَى کُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ قَدِیرٌ یَا رَبِّ یَا رَبِ‏
 There is no god save Thou. Thou art Single. Thou has not taken a partner. Sovereignty belongs to Thee. Praise be to Thee. Thou art able to do all things. O Lord-Sustainer! O Lord-Sustainer! O Lord-Sustainer! 
پس مکرر مى‏گفت یا رب و کسانى که دور آن حضرت بودند تمام گوش داده بودند به دعاى آن حضرت و اکتفا کرده بودند به آمین گفتن پس صداهایشان بلند شد به گریستن با آن حضرت تا غروب کرد آفتاب و بار کردند و روانه جانب مشعر الحرام شدند مؤلف گوید که کفعمى دعاى عرفه امام حسین علیه السلام را در بلد الامین تا اینجا نقل فرموده و علامه مجلسى در زاد المعاد این دعاى شریف را موافق روایت کفعمى ایراد نموده و لکن سید بن طاوس در اقبال بعد از یا رب یا رب یا رب این زیادتى را ذکر فرموده‏
إِلَهِی أَنَا الْفَقِیرُ فِی غِنَایَ فَکَیْفَ لاَ أَکُونُ فَقِیراً فِی فَقْرِی‏

إِلَهِی أَنَا الْجَاهِلُ فِی عِلْمِی فَکَیْفَ لاَ أَکُونُ جَهُولاً فِی جَهْلِی‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی إِنَّ اخْتِلاَفَ تَدْبِیرِکَ وَ سُرْعَةَ طَوَاءِ مَقَادِیرِکَ مَنَعَا عِبَادَکَ الْعَارِفِینَ بِکَ عَنِ السُّکُونِ إِلَى عَطَاءٍ وَ الْیَأْسِ مِنْکَ فِی بَلاَءٍ
  . . .
إِلَهِی مِنِّی مَا یَلِیقُ بِلُؤْمِی وَ مِنْکَ مَا یَلِیقُ بِکَرَمِکَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی وَصَفْتَ نَفْسَکَ بِاللُّطْفِ وَ الرَّأْفَةِ لِی قَبْلَ وُجُودِ ضَعْفِی أَ فَتَمْنَعُنِی مِنْهُمَا بَعْدَ وُجُودِ ضَعْفِی‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی إِنْ ظَهَرَتِ الْمَحَاسِنُ مِنِّی فَبِفَضْلِکَ وَ لَکَ الْمِنَّةُ عَلَیَ‏
  . . .
وَ إِنْ ظَهَرَتِ الْمَسَاوِی مِنِّی فَبِعَدْلِکَ وَ لَکَ الْحُجَّةُ عَلَیَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِى کَیْفَ تَکِلُنِی وَ قَدْ تَکَفَّلْتَ لِی (تَوَکَّلْتُ) وَ کَیْفَ أُضَامُ وَ أَنْتَ النَّاصِرُ لِی أَمْ کَیْفَ أَخِیبُ وَ أَنْتَ الْحَفِیُّ بِی‏
  . . .
هَا أَنَا أَتَوَسَّلُ إِلَیْکَ بِفَقْرِی إِلَیْکَ وَ کَیْفَ أَتَوَسَّلُ إِلَیْکَ بِمَا هُوَ مَحَالٌ أَنْ یَصِلَ إِلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
أَمْ کَیْفَ أَشْکُو إِلَیْکَ حَالِی وَ هُوَ لاَ یَخْفَى عَلَیْکَ أَمْ کَیْفَ أُتَرْجِمُ بِمَقَالِی وَ هُوَ مِنْکَ بَرَزٌ إِلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
أَمْ کَیْفَ تُخَیِّبُ آمَالِی وَ هِیَ قَدْ وَفَدَتْ إِلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
أَمْ کَیْفَ لاَ تُحْسِنُ أَحْوَالِی وَ بِکَ قَامَتْ إِلَهِی مَا أَلْطَفَکَ بِی مَعَ عَظِیمِ جَهْلِی وَ مَا أَرْحَمَکَ بِی مَعَ قَبِیحِ فِعْلِی‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی مَا أَقْرَبَکَ مِنِّی وَ أَبْعَدَنِی عَنْکَ وَ مَا أَرْأَفَکَ بِی فَمَا الَّذِی یَحْجُبُنِی عَنْکَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی عَلِمْتُ بِاخْتِلاَفِ الْآثَارِ وَ تَنَقُّلاَتِ الْأَطْوَارِ أَنَّ مُرَادَکَ مِنِّی أَنْ تَتَعَرَّفَ إِلَیَّ فِی کُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ حَتَّى لاَ أَجْهَلَکَ فِی شَیْ‏ءٍ
  . . .
إِلَهِی کُلَّمَا أَخْرَسَنِی لُؤْمِی أَنْطَقَنِی کَرَمُکَ وَ کُلَّمَا آیَسَتْنِی أَوْصَافِی أَطْمَعَتْنِی مِنَنُکَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی مَنْ کَانَتْ مَحَاسِنُهُ مَسَاوِیَ فَکَیْفَ لاَ تَکُونُ مَسَاوِیهِ مَسَاوِیَ وَ مَنْ کَانَتْ حَقَائِقُهُ دَعَاوِیَ فَکَیْفَ لاَ تَکُونُ دَعَاوِیهِ دَعَاوِیَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی حُکْمُکَ النَّافِذُ وَ مَشِیَّتُکَ الْقَاهِرَةُ لَمْ یَتْرُکَا لِذِی مَقَالٍ مَقَالاً وَ لاَ لِذِی حَالٍ حَالاً
  . . .
إِلَهِی کَمْ مِنْ طَاعَةٍ بَنَیْتُهَا وَ حَالَةٍ شَیَّدْتُهَا هَدَمَ اعْتِمَادِی عَلَیْهَا عَدْلُکَ بَلْ أَقَالَنِی مِنْهَا فَضْلُکَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی إِنَّکَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّی وَ إِنْ لَمْ تَدُمِ الطَّاعَةُ مِنِّی فِعْلاً جَزْماً فَقَدْ دَامَتْ مَحَبَّةً وَ عَزْماً
  . . .
إِلَهِی کَیْفَ أَعْزِمُ وَ أَنْتَ الْقَاهِرُ وَ کَیْفَ لاَ أَعْزِمُ وَ أَنْتَ الْآمِرُ
  . . .
إِلَهِی تَرَدُّدِی فِی الْآثَارِ یُوجِبُ بُعْدَ الْمَزَارِ فَاجْمَعْنِی عَلَیْکَ بِخِدْمَةٍ تُوصِلُنِی إِلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
کَیْفَ یُسْتَدَلُّ عَلَیْکَ بِمَا هُوَ فِی وُجُودِهِ مُفْتَقِرٌ إِلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
أَ یَکُونُ لِغَیْرِکَ مِنَ الظُّهُورِ مَا لَیْسَ لَکَ حَتَّى یَکُونَ هُوَ الْمُظْهِرَ لَکَ‏
  . . .
مَتَى غِبْتَ حَتَّى تَحْتَاجَ إِلَى دَلِیلٍ یَدُلُّ عَلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
وَ مَتَى بَعُدْتَ حَتَّى تَکُونَ الْآثَارُ هِیَ الَّتِی تُوصِلُ إِلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
عَمِیَتْ عَیْنٌ لاَ تَرَاکَ عَلَیْهَا رَقِیباً وَ خَسِرَتْ صَفْقَةُ عَبْدٍ لَمْ تَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ حُبِّکَ نَصِیباً
  . . .
إِلَهِی أَمَرْتَ بِالرُّجُوعِ إِلَى الْآثَارِ فَأَرْجِعْنِی إِلَیْکَ بِکِسْوَةِ الْأَنْوَارِ وَ هِدَایَةِ الاِسْتِبْصَارِ
  . . .
حَتَّى أَرْجِعَ إِلَیْکَ مِنْهَا کَمَا دَخَلْتُ إِلَیْکَ مِنْهَا مَصُونَ السِّرِّ عَنِ النَّظَرِ إِلَیْهَا
  . . .
وَ مَرْفُوعَ الْهِمَّةِ عَنِ الاِعْتِمَادِ عَلَیْهَا إِنَّکَ عَلَى کُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ قَدِیرٌ

إِلَهِی هَذَا ذُلِّی ظَاهِرٌ بَیْنَ یَدَیْکَ وَ هَذَا حَالِی لاَ یَخْفَى عَلَیْکَ مِنْکَ أَطْلُبُ الْوُصُولَ إِلَیْکَ‏

وَ بِکَ أَسْتَدِلُّ عَلَیْکَ فَاهْدِنِی بِنُورِکَ إِلَیْکَ وَ أَقِمْنِی بِصِدْقِ الْعُبُودِیَّةِ بَیْنَ یَدَیْکَ‏

إِلَهِی عَلِّمْنِی مِنْ عِلْمِکَ الْمَخْزُونِ وَ صُنِّی بِسِتْرِکَ الْمَصُونِ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی حَقِّقْنِی بِحَقَائِقِ أَهْلِ الْقُرْبِ وَ اسْلُکْ بِی مَسْلَکَ أَهْلِ الْجَذْبِ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی أَغْنِنِی بِتَدْبِیرِکَ لِی عَنْ تَدْبِیرِی وَ بِاخْتِیَارِکَ عَنِ اخْتِیَارِی وَ أَوْقِفْنِی عَلَى مَرَاکِزِ اضْطِرَارِی‏

إِلَهِی أَخْرِجْنِی مِنْ ذُلِّ نَفْسِی وَ طَهِّرْنِی مِنْ شَکِّی وَ شِرْکِی قَبْلَ حُلُولِ رَمْسِی‏

بِکَ أَنْتَصِرُ فَانْصُرْنِی وَ عَلَیْکَ أَتَوَکَّلُ فَلاَ تَکِلْنِی وَ إِیَّاکَ أَسْأَلُ فَلاَ تُخَیِّبْنِی وَ فِی فَضْلِکَ أَرْغَبُ فَلاَ تَحْرِمْنِی‏

وَ بِجَنَابِکَ أَنْتَسِبُ فَلاَ تُبْعِدْنِی وَ بِبَابِکَ أَقِفُ فَلاَ تَطْرُدْنِی‏

إِلَهِی تَقَدَّسَ رِضَاکَ أَنْ یَکُونَ لَهُ عِلَّةٌ مِنْکَ فَکَیْفَ یَکُونُ لَهُ عِلَّةٌ مِنِّی‏

إِلَهِی أَنْتَ الْغَنِیُّ بِذَاتِکَ أَنْ یَصِلَ إِلَیْکَ النَّفْعُ مِنْکَ فَکَیْفَ لاَ تَکُونُ غَنِیّاً عَنِّی‏

إِلَهِی إِنَّ الْقَضَاءَ وَ الْقَدَرَ یُمَنِّینِی وَ إِنَّ الْهَوَى بِوَثَائِقِ الشَّهْوَةِ أَسَرَنِی‏

فَکُنْ أَنْتَ النَّصِیرَ لِی حَتَّى تَنْصُرَنِی وَ تُبَصِّرَنِی وَ أَغْنِنِی بِفَضْلِکَ حَتَّى أَسْتَغْنِیَ بِکَ عَنْ طَلَبِی‏

أَنْتَ الَّذِی أَشْرَقْتَ الْأَنْوَارَ فِی قُلُوبِ أَوْلِیَائِکَ حَتَّى عَرَفُوکَ وَ وَحَّدُوکَ‏

وَ أَنْتَ الَّذِی أَزَلْتَ الْأَغْیَارَ عَنْ قُلُوبِ أَحِبَّائِکَ حَتَّى لَمْ یُحِبُّوا سِوَاکَ وَ لَمْ یَلْجَئُوا إِلَى غَیْرِکَ‏

أَنْتَ الْمُونِسُ لَهُمْ حَیْثُ أَوْحَشَتْهُمُ الْعَوَالِمُ‏
  . . .
وَ أَنْتَ الَّذِی هَدَیْتَهُمْ حَیْثُ اسْتَبَانَتْ لَهُمُ الْمَعَالِمُ مَا ذَا وَجَدَ مَنْ فَقَدَکَ وَ مَا الَّذِی فَقَدَ مَنْ وَجَدَکَ‏

لَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ رَضِیَ دُونَکَ بَدَلاً وَ لَقَدْ خَسِرَ مَنْ بَغَى عَنْکَ مُتَحَوِّلاً کَیْفَ یُرْجَى سِوَاکَ‏
  . . .
وَ أَنْتَ مَا قَطَعْتَ الْإِحْسَانَ وَ کَیْفَ یُطْلَبُ مِنْ غَیْرِکَ وَ أَنْتَ مَا بَدَّلْتَ عَادَةَ الاِمْتِنَانِ‏
  . . .
یَا مَنْ أَذَاقَ أَحِبَّاءَهُ حَلاَوَةَ الْمُؤَانَسَةِ فَقَامُوا بَیْنَ یَدَیْهِ مُتَمَلِّقِینَ‏
  . . .
وَ یَا مَنْ أَلْبَسَ أَوْلِیَاءَهُ مَلاَبِسَ هَیْبَتِهِ فَقَامُوا بَیْنَ یَدَیْهِ مُسْتَغْفِرِینَ‏
  . . .
أَنْتَ الذَّاکِرُ قَبْلَ الذَّاکِرِینَ وَ أَنْتَ الْبَادِی بِالْإِحْسَانِ قَبْلَ تَوَجُّهِ الْعَابِدِینَ‏
  . . .
وَ أَنْتَ الْجَوَادُ بِالْعَطَاءِ قَبْلَ طَلَبِ الطَّالِبِینَ وَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ ثُمَّ لِمَا وَهَبْتَ لَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْتَقْرِضِینَ‏

إِلَهِی اطْلُبْنِی بِرَحْمَتِکَ حَتَّى أَصِلَ إِلَیْکَ وَ اجْذِبْنِی بِمَنِّکَ حَتَّى أُقْبِلَ عَلَیْکَ‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی إِنَّ رَجَائِی لاَ یَنْقَطِعُ عَنْکَ وَ إِنْ عَصَیْتُکَ کَمَا أَنَّ خَوْفِی لاَ یُزَایِلُنِی وَ إِنْ أَطَعْتُکَ‏

فَقَدْ دَفَعَتْنِی الْعَوَالِمُ إِلَیْکَ وَ قَدْ أَوْقَعَنِی عِلْمِی بِکَرَمِکَ عَلَیْکَ‏

إِلَهِی کَیْفَ أَخِیبُ وَ أَنْتَ أَمَلِی أَمْ کَیْفَ أُهَانُ وَ عَلَیْکَ مُتَّکَلِی‏

إِلَهِی کَیْفَ أَسْتَعِزُّ وَ فِی الذِّلَّةِ أَرْکَزْتَنِی أَمْ کَیْفَ لاَ أَسْتَعِزُّ وَ إِلَیْکَ نَسَبْتَنِی‏
  . . .
إِلَهِی کَیْفَ لاَ أَفْتَقِرُ وَ أَنْتَ الَّذِی فِی الْفُقَرَاءِ أَقَمْتَنِی‏
  . . .
أَمْ کَیْفَ أَفْتَقِرُ وَ أَنْتَ الَّذِی بِجُودِکَ أَغْنَیْتَنِی وَ أَنْتَ الَّذِی لاَ إِلَهَ غَیْرُکَ‏
  . . .
تَعَرَّفْتَ لِکُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ فَمَا جَهِلَکَ شَیْ‏ءٌ
  . . .
وَ أَنْتَ الَّذِی تَعَرَّفْتَ إِلَیَّ فِی کُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ فَرَأَیْتُکَ ظَاهِراً فِی کُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ وَ أَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ لِکُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ

یَا مَنِ اسْتَوَى بِرَحْمَانِیَّتِهِ فَصَارَ الْعَرْشُ غَیْباً فِی ذَاتِهِ مَحَقْتَ الْآثَارَ بِالْآثَارِ وَ مَحَوْتَ الْأَغْیَارَ بِمُحِیطَاتِ أَفْلاَکِ الْأَنْوَارِ
  . . .
یَا مَنِ احْتَجَبَ فِی سُرَادِقَاتِ عَرْشِهِ عَنْ أَنْ تُدْرِکَهُ الْأَبْصَارُ
  . . .
یَا مَنْ تَجَلَّى بِکَمَالِ بَهَائِهِ فَتَحَقَّقَتْ عَظَمَتُهُ الاِسْتِوَاءَ (مِنَ الاِسْتِوَاءِ) کَیْفَ تَخْفَى وَ أَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ

أَمْ کَیْفَ تَغِیبُ وَ أَنْتَ الرَّقِیبُ الْحَاضِرُ إِنَّکَ عَلَى کُلِّ شَیْ‏ءٍ قَدِیرٌ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَحْدَهُ‏
